Planning

Our customers say they like that we listen to their business needs first and then clearly translate those insights online. In the beginning we review your existing website to learn about your visitor’s patterns of movement. We look at the technical architecture, content and structure, what can be reused, what needs rewriting and what needs writing from scratch. Designing

Once the plan is written and the strategy and sitemap are set, we move on to creating wire frames and a visual designs. Wire frames are the blueprints and the visual design is where you get to see how your site will look when it’s completed. Everything gets fine tuned to make sure it meets the expectations of your end users – your customers. Even when working from prebuilt templates we tweak and adjust so everything matches your brand.

Developing

When you are happy with the look of the site, we begin the technical development and production phase. This is the point where we develop bespoke components either within your existing technical framework and CMS or on a new platform (for example WordPress or Shopify). Templates are built and code is written to ensure compliance and accessibility.

Supporting

After your site has been thoroughly tested we launch it on our cloud servers. Designed for speed, our hosting setup helps your sites’ search engine optimisation and keeps your visitors happy.
